KWÄ orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and major holidays).
US SHIPMENTS
We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Ground shipping on all US orders over $150.
Free Standard delivery will occur in 3-5 business days after the order has been processed, for most orders. Orders shipped via 2-Day shipping will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Orders shipped via Overnight shipping will be delivered on the 1-2 business days after the order is shipped. All dates communicated are estimates and will depend solely on the carrier.
During holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: For in stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
* Orders shipped with Free Standard shipping are shipped via USPS and are typically delivered in 3-5 business days after processing.
* Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days.
* Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days via USPS.
2-DAY SHIPPING: For in stock items, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
* Orders shipped via 2-Day are delivered 2-3 business days after the order was shipped.
* Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for 2-Day service.
* 2-Day shipping does not include weekend delivery.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: For in stock items, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
* Orders shipped via Overnight are delivered 1-2 business days after the order was shipped.
* Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for Overnight service.
* Overnight shipping does not include weekend delivery.
